Numbers above are traceable to public registries — the registration numbers can be verified with the issuing authorities before prequalification, exactly as a tender evaluation team would check them.
Hanart operates the three management systems most frequently requested in international tenders. Where Chinese practice references the national versions, the two are recognized as aligned equivalents.
