Facade Services — Design Assist to Aftercare

A service chain, not a menu. Hanart delivers design assistance, engineering, fabrication, project management, installation and aftercare as one continuous responsibility — the model behind six Luban Prizes.

The Service Chain

One Chain, One Contractor, One Contract

Most facade suppliers sell you a single step. Hanart owns the chain from the first sketch to the last maintenance visit — deliberately.

When a facade is split across separate design houses, fabricators and installers, every interface is a risk transfer point: who answers for the shop drawing error, the late shipment, the cracked sealant at month eighteen? Hanart's answer is to keep the chain whole. The same organization that advises on system selection later fabricates the panels, manages the schedule, supervises the installation and returns for aftercare.

This is the model that has carried the company since 1995 — a top-50 Chinese contractor since 2005, with six Luban Prizes and registered capital of RMB 100.5 million. It is also the model overseas owners increasingly demand, because a single-responsibility contractor cannot point at someone else when something goes wrong.

What We Offer

Five Services, One Continuous Chain

Before Tender

Design Assist & Value Engineering

System selection, performance targets and cost frameworks delivered early — when the facade concept is still cheap to improve. The earlier we join, the more value engineering stays open.

Turnkey Project Delivery

Engineering, fabrication, project management, installation and handover under one contract — the model that protects owners from interface disputes and schedule drift.

Facade Aftercare & Maintenance

Inspections, maintenance programs and repair services that treat the facade as a 50-year asset, not a finished product. Protection that starts at handover and never really ends.

Custom Curtain Wall Engineering

Non-standard systems and bespoke envelope solutions — unique geometry, special profiles, mixed cladding and performance levels beyond off-the-shelf ranges, engineered and fabricated in-house.

Why the Chain Beats the Menu

Measured Outcomes, Not Sales Statements

What owners gain from a single-responsibility service chain

  • Fewer interfaces — no finger-pointing between designer, factory and installer; one person owns the outcome.
  • Faster approvals — design and fabrication teams sit under the same roof, so reviews travel shorter distances.
  • Consistent quality — the factory that interprets the drawing is the factory that corrects it, and it has decades of reference work behind it.
  • Traceable aftercare — the team that built the facade has the fabrication records to maintain it correctly.

Clients can enter the chain at any stage — a tender-stage quote or a retrofit consultation both connect to the same integrated team.
