Unitized Curtain Wall
Factory-assembled panels with controlled tolerances, faster site erection and consistent quality. Our highest-weight capability and the system behind Senlan International Plaza (Luban Prize 2015).
Read the system technicals →Twelve facade capabilities under one contract — engineering, digital construction, unitized curtain wall systems, metal roofing, structural glass, fabrication and installation. For owners and general contractors, the value is a single responsible partner that has engineered and built landmark envelopes since 1995.
Most facade packages are assembled from separate tender, engineering, fabrication and site contracts. We deliver the whole chain — because the performance of a curtain wall is decided at every handover in between, and we would rather own all of them.
This single-responsibility model is our answer to the question every tender asks implicitly: who is accountable when wind, water and schedule meet? Since 1995 we have answered it as the facade contractor of record — with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems backing every stage.
Each capability below is a full engineering practice, not a service line on a menu. Follow the links to the technical detail, parameters and referenced projects.

Separating design, production and installation across three vendors creates interfaces: schedule gaps, tolerance arguments and warranty finger-pointing. A single-responsibility facade contractor removes those interfaces by contract.
When you put a partner's qualifications into a tender dossier, they have to survive scrutiny. Hanart's file is short and verifiable: founded 1995; registered capital RMB 100.5 million; a Top-50 Chinese curtain wall contractor since 2005; Grade-I contracting and Class-A design; an overseas contracting qualification granted in 2009; six Luban Prizes and 30+ provincial engineering awards; ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
