Credentials
The credentials we build our record on
Every claim below is verifiable from the issuing authority, and is refreshed as part of the site update schedule defined in the maintenance guide.
- National-grade qualifications. Construction qualification — Grade I (registration D231A26266, valid through 2030) and design qualification — Grade A (A231A26266, valid through 2026), with a valid safety production permit and overseas contracting qualification granted by the Ministry of Commerce.
- Certified management systems. Quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety systems certified to GB/T 19001 / 24001 / 28001 — the Chinese national equivalents of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 — and maintained since first certification.
- Credit standing. Rated a Credit Enterprise by the administrative department of industry and commerce, and a national AAA-class enterprise by credit-rating institutions for years running.
- Dispute resolution is a managed discipline. Contract payment milestones are tracked centrally, variation claims are documented at site level, and settlement first is the standard practice.
- Direct accountability. Compliance questions are answered by the compliance office in Shanghai — with documents, not promises.
