Contact and project data you submit voluntarily. When you use the RFI form, the subscribe form, e-mail or WhatsApp, you provide identifiers (name, company, e-mail, phone) and project information (role, project type, message, drawings). We retain the drawings and project details only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation, and we treat them as confidential commercial information.
Technical data collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard server data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — for security and to diagnose faults. This data is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations (the primary purpose of the RFI page).
- To maintain records required for engineering and contract administration.
- To protect the website and our systems against abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your drawings for marketing. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly join the reading list on the blog page.

7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our corporate systems over encrypted channels and access is limited to staff with a business need. No method of transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
