Service Commitments — What You Can Expect from Hanart

A facade contract is only as reliable as the commitments behind it. These are the service standards we apply to every project — from first inquiry to final handover — backed by 1,000+ projects, six Luban Prizes and ISO-certified management systems.

Three Pillars

The commitments that define the contract

Response-Time SLA

Every inquiry receives an acknowledgment within 24 hours. Drawing reviews return a baseline proposal within 48 hours. Project updates are issued weekly during active phases. These are not targets — they are contract terms.

Quality Assurance

ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified management systems govern every stage. Six Luban Prizes — China's highest construction quality honor — confirm that our discipline sustains across project scale, type and geography.

Single-Point Responsibility

Design, fabrication, installation and aftercare under one contract, one project manager, one quality system. No subcontractor chains, no responsibility gaps, no coordination failures between trades.

Certifications & Awards

Third-party verification of our standards

ISO Management Systems

  • ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management system, certified and audited annually
  • ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental management, covering factory and site operations
  • ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational health and safety, applied across all project sites

Certification is not a one-time event. External audits occur annually, and internal audits quarterly. The management system is the same for a 10,000 m² tower in Shanghai and a research facility in New York.

Luban Prize Quality Discipline

Six Luban Prizes — China's highest national construction quality award — were earned across consecutive years (2008, 2009, 2015) against the entire Chinese construction industry, not a facade category. The jury evaluates engineering quality, technical innovation and social value. For an overseas owner, this is third-party proof that our envelopes perform after handover.

How We Work

The single-contract advantage

Curtain wall corner detail with timber soffit and structural column

Most facade projects fail at interfaces — between design and fabrication, between factory and site, between contractor and subcontractor. Hanart eliminates those interfaces by performing design, fabrication, installation and aftercare under one contract, managed by one project team, governed by one quality system.

This is not a marketing claim. It is the structural reason our projects earn Luban Prizes and maintain performance in service. The engineer who verifies the structural model is the same engineer who reviews the shop drawings. The quality manager who audits the factory is the same manager who inspects the site. The project manager who commits to the schedule is the same manager who reports weekly progress.

On overseas projects — New York, Ulaanbaatar, Kuwait — this single-contract structure is even more critical. Time zones, language barriers and code differences multiply the cost of coordination failures. Our seven-country office network exists precisely to maintain the same single-point responsibility across borders.
