What five-in-a-year means
The Baiyulan Prize is audited on completed construction quality, not on submissions alone. Five wins in a single year across four sectors — campus, synchrotron infrastructure, museum and aviation — demonstrate a quality system that operates consistently outside any single project team’s control.
The five projects in one table
Each 2019 Baiyulan certificate names the delivered building, not a proposal. The five winners below span four different market sectors, which is why the year reads as a quality-system result rather than a single team's success.
| Project | Sector | Certificate month |
|---|---|---|
| Shanghai Electric Power University Lingang Campus Phase I | Institutional campus | June 2019 |
| Shanghai Synchrotron City Station Works | Precision infrastructure | August 2019 |
| Shanghai World Expo Museum New Building | Cultural institution | June 2019 |
| Shanghai Extreme Ultraviolet Laser Facility | Advanced research | June 2019 |
| COMAC Flight Test Center Zhujiao Base | Aviation sector | June 2019 |
Certificates are verified by the awards committee; no project is self-reported.
What is not visible in the certificate list is the delivery pattern behind it: unitized fabrication in the Qingpu plant, in-house setting-out and supervised installation for each of the five envelopes. The same production line that earned these certificates continues to run today, which is why the company can point to a standing quality record rather than a single-year campaign.
