Design Drawings
Concept and system design: elevations, indicative details, system descriptions and performance specification for approval.
The drawing set is the contract between design intent and built reality. Hanart engineers and issues complete design, shop and fabrication drawings for every facade system we deliver.
Concept and system design: elevations, indicative details, system descriptions and performance specification for approval.
Coordinated with structure, slab edges, parapets and MEP interfaces. Dimensioned sections, anchorages, movement joints and schedules for consultant approval.
Panel-by-panel production content: every profile cut, hole, welding requirement, glazing size and hardware position defined for the factory.
Erection sequence, crane/holst plans, setting-out, temporary works and site QC checklists for each installation stage.
Record drawings with all site revisions, issued with the O&M manual at handover for maintenance, warranty and future works.
Revit models with facade-embedded data: materials, performance, maintenance and spare part information linked to elements.
Our library covers every critical interface of the envelope. Typical detail categories available for review and use in design development:

Every drawing passes design check, peer review, lead engineer approval and client/consultant approval workflows — with a revision log on every sheet.
IFC clash reviews with structure and MEP before shop drawings are frozen — catching penetrations and conflicts on screen, not on site.
Fabrication drawings carry panel serial numbers linked to factory QC records — every panel traceable from drawing to installation to warranty.
Hanart issues the full drawing set for facade works: design drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation/erection drawings and as-built drawings — covering details, sections, elevations, anchorages, interfaces and schedules per project.
Design drawings communicate the facade concept, systems and performance. Shop drawings are fabrication-ready: every profile, glass unit and fixing dimensioned for production. Hanart produces both, with approval workflows through architect and consultant.
Yes. We deliver in DWG and Revit and coordinate via IFC/BIM reviews at design milestones. Interfaces with structure, MEP, waterproofing and other packages are captured in coordinated drawings.
Yes. As-built drawings are issued with the operation & maintenance manual at handover, including all revisions, material schedules and guarantee documentation — essential for future maintenance and warranty claims.
Yes. Our drawing office works to the project's governing standards — BS 8118/EN 13830, ASTM, IS codes or local equivalents — and formats sheets, symbology and approval workflows to client requirements.
